I can't imagine that making it much better though. Using an ordinary flashlight, this book provides 5 pages with pop-ups that produce shadows. Only two of these are marginally interesting, a rock formation that looks like a train and bunch of stuff that looks like a monster truck. The other three pages are just the shadow of exactly what's in the scene.My two and a half year old thought the monster truck one was neat, but otherwise thought the flashlight we already owned was much more interesting.May. year old.. The shadows that came up intrigued him, and the sounds of each page made the story come alive.This is a good buy for any child who has even a small interest in toy cars.
