Received other then pictures scholzy This is not the book I received. This book pictured is the best. I have one, gave one to my daughter and was purchasing this foe my granddaughter. I hate it when it costs me to return when I get something other then what is pictured. I stick to free shipping from now on. "Great Cookbook with Many Memories" according to Sophie Sadie. I grew up learning to cook first with the Betty Crocker Boys and Girls cookbook and then graduated to this cookbook. Betty was #1 in our house. I got my own but somewhere it got lost. I was glad to get a replacement. It's in wonderful condition but I have to say it's sad that it doesn't have the wear and tear of decades of use, showing my favorites. Thank you for the ability of being able to get a replacement since it's a remembrance of my Mom who taught me. and loved it. This is a 1957 edition remade although has same original recipes in it. It also has cooking terms and their meanings along with cooking and baking utensils and what they are used for. This is a great first cook book for small chefs. I loved it and so will my granddaughters.
