Absolutely a great submarine novel.. A Great Sub Story! Approximately one in every five books I read is a submarine story, and Atlantic Run ranks with the best of them. The undersea battle action is intense and plentiful. The plot is replete with side stories that could undue the entire missions of the protagonists. However, they prevail by means of skill, cunning and daring. The story did contain one sequence that strained the credulity of the reader. This was when a blinded captain took a submarine through tunnels in undersea mountains by sonar alone. However, this does not detract from the believability of the story, s
