an important book I have to agree with the previous reviewer- this book WILL change your life if you use the techniques. If you are turned off by the touchy-feely style of Shakti Gawaian, then this is the book for you, the author is clever, funny, encouraging and straightforward. I think this may be my favorite book in the whole world.
