Some truly appalling characters (meaning great) Read this one right after the first in the trilogy. This one is even better. Some truly appalling characters (meaning great) that define shifty evil. Donovan puts you in the middle of the locations smelling the tropics and hoping one of the numerous bad guys or cops (well the cops are bad guys too) doesn't notice yo. I'm not sure what the third book will include but I'm hoping it will be just as good. Follows the cops from the first book and some background for the characters in flashback chapters.
