"Half the pages are blank." according to Peter A. Wells. The book looks good on the outside, and is the book I ordered, but about half the pages are blank. QC error. Sending it back ASAP. I can tell from the page numbers that the printer just didn't print a lot of pages, some in adjacent groups, some in alternating-page stretches.UPDATE: Amazon rapidly sent me a free replacement book. Also half blank.
