Great Textbook and Resource I got this for a class and I love it. It is a book that I would recommend keeping, especially if you plan on going into a Communications or Marketing profession. Such a great resource. Good content but poor editing I will admit that I still have three chapters left in the book but the writing is horrific. I have found a typo on nearly every page and sometimes entire phrases are missing. Good content but poor editing. I wish some of the concepts were written clearer so they were easier to understand.. Five Stars M K Great product and good delivery time
