Great series Jo Ann "A Morning Cup of Pilates " is a wonderful, short, wake-me-up routine that anyone can do. This is my fourth book in the "A Morning Cup Of _____" series and it as good as all the others. I was looking for a book with a spiral binding so when I do my stretching, I would nit have to deal with the hassles of fighting a book cover to remain open. I know this may sound silly, but it makes a big difference, so I can concentrate on the Pilates and the book. Oddly. Spiral binds are hard to find.The book is really excellent and helped me get back into my Pilates mode, before going back to class. Good Introduction to Pilates TerrBear The Morning Cup of series is really wonderful. This particular book takes one through what pilates are, and how they work, and how to get the most out of the workout. All the exercises are both illustrated and have written instructions. Very clear. There is also a cd but I've not listened to it yet.
