The author has good knowledge of police procedures in Liverpool and has an T. Sezen This was a very enjoyable read. The author has good knowledge of police procedures in Liverpool and has an interesting mystery to tell. However the telling of the story is amateurish. Good authors create an almost cinematic experience when you read their novels. After reading this very interesting story I failed to visualize any characters or the settings. I have visited Liverpool, Cavern Club etc. The author does nothing to bring out the vibes o. Steady, enjoyable little book A little rough editing aside, this book was very good. Steady-paced, likeable police officers seek to discover what happened to a murder victim. The catch is the murder happened 30 years ago. The ending was a partial surprise. I knew, but didn't know. You'll see what I mean when you read this thoroughly enjoyable book.. good read Brian Floyd Liked this book a lot. I'm a big Beatles fan so the Liverpool stuff was cool. Well crafted and pretty good resolution.
