The nice thing is that most of the recipes don't incorporate many carbs, therefore making them low-glyc. Good Book My basic complaint about the book is that it uses Splenda a lot. I prefer to not use artificial sweeteners, but I can work around that. Having high blood pressure its nice that he keeps the sodium levels low. Many diabetics have additional health concerns and he seems to be mindful of that.. Great recipes to help me along in my healthy lifestyle This recipe book was everything I expected.
